Why wasn't my Garmin device syncing to Stridekick?
On July 23, 2020, Garmin experienced a worldwide outage that impacted syncing to Stridekick. As of August 11, 2020, Garmin syncing has fully resumed for all users. You can check the current Garmin status here.
