For Fitbit, Jawbone, Garmin, Misfit and Withings users:

We check in with your device cloud about every 10 minutes to see if you have synced any new steps and when we find them we update the last 36 hours of data in Stridekick. If you want our system to check for your device cloud for new steps instantly, just click Fetch Data

For iPhone and Apple Watch users:

Open the Stridekick app and click Fetch Data to pull in your steps.
