When you sign up with Stridekick and connect your device, we will attempt to pull your timezone in from your device's information. This is only available for certain devices. If you realize that your step count is a little off this may be because we're pulling in steps based off of the wrong timezone. Not to worry, you can easily adjust your timezone using the web or mobile application.


1. Log into your Stridekick account
2. Select Settings from your avatar dropdown in the top right hand corner

3. Select your Time Zone from the drop down
4. Click Save at the bottom to update your Time Zone


1. Log into your Stridekick mobile app
2. Go to your More tab and select Settings

3. Select your timezone from the dropdown
4. Click Save in the top right hand corner
