How to Share and Promote Workouts with Your Group

Boost participation with plug-and-play messages that help your group redeem their code and try their first workout.

If you’ve unlocked Stridekick Workouts for your group, the next step is getting your participants to redeem their code and start using it.

This guide gives you simple, ready-to-use messages you can copy, paste, and send to your group to boost activation and engagement.


Before You Start

Make sure you have your workout redemption code ready. You can reach out to your Account Manager if you haven't already received this. Participants will need this to unlock access. View the full redemption guide here.


Suggested Send Schedule

Keep it simple and spaced out:

  • Day 1: Launch Announcement + Slack/Chat drop 🚀

  • Day 3–4: Nudge (catch anyone who hasn’t redeemed yet) 👀

  • End of Week 1: Engagement Push 🎉

  • Anytime: Incentive Layer (optional boost) 🎁


Message 1: Launch Announcement

Send: Day 1, as soon as workouts are active
Channel: Email
Subject: You’ve got workouts waiting for you 💪

Exciting news. You now have access to Stridekick Workouts 🎉

That means 500+ on-demand classes right inside the app. From Strength and Pilates to Yoga, Walking, and Stretching, there’s something for every mood and schedule.


Classes run from 5 to 60 minutes, so you can fit one in whenever it works for you.


Here’s how to unlock it:

  • Open the Stridekick app

  • Tap the Workouts tab ▶️

  • Tap Redeem Code

  • Enter: [insert your unique workout redemption code]

Once you’re in, pick a class and give it a try this week. Even 10 minutes counts.

Tips for Driving Participation
