With 7 different workout types and classes ranging from 5 to 60 minutes, it’s easy to find something that fits your schedule.
If you received a workout code from your group admin, here’s how to unlock access.
What Is a Workout Code?
A workout code gives you access to premium workouts inside Stridekick.
You may receive a code if:
Your group admin purchased workout access for your group
You are part of an Unlimited plan that includes workouts
You were given access as part of a promotion
Workout codes unlock workout content directly within the Workouts tab.
How to Redeem Your Workout Code
Follow these steps:
Open the Stridekick app
Tap the Play Icon ▶️ in the bottom navigation
Tap Redeem code in the top right
Enter your workout code exactly as provided
Tap Redeem
If the code is valid, your workouts will unlock immediately.
What Happens After You Redeem?

Once your code is successfully redeemed:
Workout content becomes available right away
You can browse by workout type
You can filter by duration
You can start any included workout immediately
No additional payment is required.
Error Messages and What They Mean
If your code does not work, you may see one of the following messages:
Invalid Code
This means:
There may be a typo
Extra spaces were entered
The code may have expired
Double check the code and try again.
If it still does not work, tap Contact us in the pop-up window or reach out to your group admin.
Code Maxed Out
If you see a message that the code has been used the maximum number of times, it means the code has reached its redemption limit and can no longer be used.
What to do next:
Contact the person who shared the code (usually your group admin) and request a new code
If you still need help, tap Contact us from the message in the app
Code Expired
If you see a message that the code is expired, it means the code is no longer active and cannot be redeemed.
What to do next:
Contact the person who shared the code (usually your group admin) and request an updated code
Admin Information
If you are an admin and see a message about unlocking workouts for your group, your current plan may not include workout access.
