What Is Stridekick Workouts?

Stridekick Workouts offers digital workout classes directly inside the Stridekick app.

With a subscription, you get access to 500+ studio-quality classes powered by Echelon Fitness across multiple workout styles and durations.

Workouts are designed to complement your step challenges and help you stay consistent.


Where Is the Workouts Tab?

To access workouts:

  1. Open the Stridekick app

  2. Tap the Play Icon ▶️ in the bottom navigation

From there, you can browse, filter, and start classes.


What Is Included With a Workouts Subscription?

A Workouts subscription includes:

  • 500+ on-demand classes

  • 7 workout categories

  • Filtering tools

  • Unlimited access to all included workouts

Workout Categories

  • Strength

  • Pilates

  • Yoga

  • Barre

  • Walking

  • Stretching

  • Meditation

Class Length

Classes range from 5 to 60 minutes.


How to Filter Workouts

Inside the Workouts tab, you can filter by:

How much does Workouts cost?

Free Trial

Users who have never subscribed to Workouts are eligible for a 7-day free trial.

Individual Subscription

  • $7.99 per month/ $79.99 per year

Organization Access

Workouts can be added to an Unlimited plan as a premium content add-on. Tap Get a quote to learn more about enabling workouts for your group.

If your organization has enabled Workouts, you may receive access through a workout code.
