Now that youāve connected your Garmin device, learn how to sync steps, distance, and active minutes to Stridekick. Weāll also show you how to make sure youāve got data available to sync! ā
š Syncing from the Garmin Connect App
Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone.
Tap the circular sync icon in the top right corner.
ā This sends your latest data to Garminās cloud.Wait for the white ring at the top of the screen to become a full circle ā that means your sync is complete.
Open the Stridekick app.
Look for the āLast synced:ā message to confirm your sync.
ā Sync once a day (or more) during a challenge to stay up to date.
ā³ Donāt Forget the Grace Period
Stridekick challenges include a 24-hour grace period after the challenge ends.
Be sure to sync before time runs out so your final steps count!
āNot Seeing Your Steps?
If your Garmin steps, distance, or minutes arenāt syncing to Stridekick:
Check your Garmin cloud data.
ā Log in to Garmin Connect and confirm your activity is there.If your data isn't in the Garmin cloud, it wonāt show in Stridekick.
