How to Reset Your Password
Navigate to https://app.stridekick.com/login in a web browser or open Stridekick on a mobile device and select 'Log in'
Select 'Forgot Password'
Enter the email associated with your Stridekick account and submit to send a verification code to your inbox
Note: If you enter an email address here that is not in our system, you will not receive an email, even if the message indicates an email has been sent. Please be sure to try any possible emails during this step.
4. Go to your email and open the email. The email should be titled 'Your Stridekick Verification Code' and be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Enter the verification code you received and your new password
6. Select the green Change password button to save your changes. You should see a confirmation that your password was successfully changed!
