Can Stridekick Connect to Huawei Devices?
Stridekick does not connect directly to Huawei devices, but we should be able to pull your steps into Stridekick if your Huawei Health app can share data with Apple Health. This is because Stridekick pulls in steps from the Apple Health app, so any steps that are showing in Apple Health should sync to Stridekick.
How to Link Huawei Health to Apple Health
When you first download the Huawei Health app from the Apple App Store, you'll see this prompt to connect Huawei Health to HealthKit:
You'll just need to tap Let's go > Turn All Categories On > Allow. Your Huawei Health app should now be connected to Apple Health!
If you didn't connect to Apple Health upon the initial sign up process in the Huawei Health app, you can still connect the Huawei Health app in the Apple Health app. Open the Health app > tap today's step count > scroll to the bottom and tap Data Sources & Access > make sure the Huawei Health app listed under "Apps Allowed to Read Data" is toggled On or green.
Connecting Apple Health to Stridekick

Syncing Your Steps to Stridekick
Once you've successfully linked your Huawei app to Apple Health and connected the Apple Health app to Stridekick, please sync your Huawei band to the Huawei Health app first to make sure steps are showing correctly there.
Then, open Apple Health to allow steps from Huawei Health to pull into Apple Health. Once steps are showing correctly in Apple Health, open Stridekick to allow steps from Apple Health to sync to Stridekick.
