Android Phones (OS 5.0 or above) - Sync activity data from Whoop, Nike Run Club, Mi Fitness, and more via the Google Health Connect app, or us the Fitbit app (Android).
iPhone 5s and above (iOS 10 or above) - Sync activity data from Polar, Xiaomi, and more via the Apple Health app, or use your phone to track your steps

*Garmin users: Garmin devices must report step data to sync with Stridekick. Devices that do not record steps will not sync with the app. Stridekick can usually connect with the Garmin Forerunner and Fenix devices.
