🔄 Using Health Connect with Fitbit (Android only):
If you're on Android 9 or higher, you can also use Health Connect with Fitbit to view activity data from all your connected apps in one place.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Fitbit App Syncing
Step 1: Check your Fitbit app
Open Fitbit and make sure you see steps recorded for today on your dashboard.
Step 2: Sync your steps
Swipe down on your Fitbit app dashboard to manually sync. Then, open Stridekick to pull in your latest data.
Step 3: Confirm you're using the correct Google account
Make sure your Fitbit and Stridekick accounts are connected through the same Google account.
To double-check:
In the Fitbit app, tap your profile icon in the top right
Select Your Data in Fitbit
Tap Manage connected apps
Look for Stridekick in the list
If you don’t see it, Stridekick doesn’t have access yet.
To resolve this, you have two options:
Reconnect your device in Stridekick using the same Google account tied to Fitbit.
In the Fitbit app, switch to the correct Google account by tapping your profile icon, then the arrow next to your email.
