How to Sync Samsung Health with Stridekick

Using Samsung Health on your Android phone? You’ve got a few easy options to sync your steps to Stridekick and join in on the fun.

✅ Option 1: Use Health Connect (Recommended)

The easiest and most reliable way to sync Samsung Health with Stridekick is by using Health Connect, a free Android app that lets your health and fitness apps share data securely.

With Health Connect, you can connect Samsung Health to Stridekick in just a few steps:

  1. Download Health Connect from the Google Play Store.

  2. Give permission for Samsung Health to share data with Health Connect.

  3. Connect Health Connect to Stridekick to start syncing your steps.

✍️ Option 2: Manually Enter Steps from Samsung Health

If manual entry is enabled for your challenge*, you can still participate by adding your steps directly into Stridekick. Manual activity entry allows you to manually enter your steps from Samsung Health into Stridekick up to 7 days back.

*To turn on manual entry for your challenge, please reach out to our support team. For pro users, please contact your challenge admin.

📲 Option 3: Use the Fitbit App (No Fitbit Device Needed)

No wearable? No problem. You can also use your Android phone as a fitness tracker through the Fitbit app, even if you don’t own a Fitbit device.

Just download the Fitbit app and set it up to track your steps—then connect it to Stridekick.
