Why your challenge didnāt change after upgrading
Thanks for upgrading to Stridekick Pro! If youāve just upgraded but arenāt seeing any changes in your current challengeālike increased participant limits, private access, or extended durationāyouāre not alone. This is expected behavior.
Hereās why:
Upgrading to Pro does not automatically update or apply to any challenges you created before upgrading.
Your Pro plan benefits only apply to newly created challenges. These benefits include:
Private, invite-only challenges
Higher participant limits (based on your plan size)
Challenge durations of up to 45 days
Access to all 5 challenge modes (Leaderboard, Daily Habit, Target, Virtual Race, and Streak)
If you created a challenge on the Free plan and then upgraded to Pro, your existing challenge will still follow Free plan limits (public, 10 participants max, 7-day limit).
How to access your Pro features
To take full advantage of your Pro plan, youāll need to create a new challenge after upgrading. Itās quick and easy!
Hereās how:
Open the Stridekick app and go to your dashboard
Tap the blue + Join/Create button (also available in the Challenges tab)
Tap Create a challenge
Set your preferred mode, goal, and duration
Make the challenge private (optional)
Add your challenge details
Share the invite link with your group
Once you start a new challenge after upgrading, all of your Pro features will be available automatically.
