🆓 What's Included in the Free Plan?
The Free Plan is perfect for individuals, small groups of friends, or anyone trying out Stridekick for the first time.
Here’s what you can do on the Free Plan:
✅ Join Stridekick Community Challenges
Participate in our free, open-to-everyone challenges, released at the beginning of every month. Look for our seasonal themes, Team and Group modes, as well as our community favorite, monthly Target, to keep you on track–no matter the season. Join a Stridekick community challenge by browsing the Featured section in the available challenges list.
Want something smaller? Join any of the free, public challenges created by other Stridekick users, like you!
✅ Create Public Challenges
Start your own challenges for others to join! With the Free Plan, you can:
Create up to 5 public challenges at a time
Invite up to 10 participants per challenge
Set your challenge to run for up to 7 days
Choose from up to 5 challenge modes (Leaderboard, Streak, Daily Habit, Target, and Virtual Race)
✅ Sync with Your Fitness Device
Track your progress by syncing steps, distance, and minutes from your favorite device —like Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, or even your phone.
✅ Use Social Features
Chat with other participants in your challenge, invite friends, view activity leaderboards, and cheer each other on.
🔐 What’s Not Included in the Free Plan?
You’ll see a few upgrade prompts in the app for features only available on Stridekick Pro. These include:
🚫 Private Challenges
All challenges created on the Free Plan are public and visible in the community. If you want to keep your challenge invite-only, you'll need to upgrade to Pro.
🚫 Challenges Longer Than 7 Days
Free Plan challenges max out at 7 days. To run longer challenges (up to 45 days), upgrade to Pro.
🚫 More Than 10 Participants
If you’re planning a bigger challenge for your group, the Free Plan caps out at 10 participants per challenge.
