How to Sync Your Steps into Stridekick

Got your device connected? Here’s how to sync your steps in just a few taps.

✅ A quick guide to syncing your activity with Stridekick.

Please make sure your device is connected first.


📱 For Apple Health or Google Health Connect users

(Apple Watch, iPhone, or Android users with Google Health Connect)

  1. Open the Stridekick app on your phone.

  2. That’s it! Your steps will automatically sync from Apple Health or Health Connect apps.


⌚ For Fitbit, Garmin, Withings & other devices

Stridekick pulls your steps from your device’s cloud, not directly from your watch or app. Here’s how to get them synced:

  1. Open your device’s app (like Fitbit or Garmin Connect).

  2. Pull down the screen to refresh — this sends your latest data to the cloud.

  3. Now, open the Stridekick app on your phone.

  4. Tap Sync in the top right corner.


🔁 Pro Tips for Smooth Syncing

  • Open the Stridekick app and tap Sync regularly to keep your challenge stats up to date.

  • Sync a few times a day, especially near challenge deadlines.

  • You have 72 hours after a challenge ends to sync your final steps.
