🔁 Syncing from the Fitbit App
Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
Pull down on the screen to refresh.
→ This pushes your latest data to Fitbit’s cloud.Open the Stridekick app.
Look for the “Last synced:” message to confirm your sync.
⏳ About the Grace Period
All Stridekick challenges have a 72-hour grace period after the end date.
Make sure to sync during that time so your final steps count!
❗Trouble Seeing Your Steps?
If your steps, distance, or active minutes aren’t syncing to Stridekick:
Check if your data is in the Fitbit cloud.
→ Log in at fitbit.com and confirm your steps show there.If there’s no data at fitbit.com, Stridekick won’t be able to sync it.
