✅ Now that you’ve connected your Fitbit, learn how to sync steps, distance, and active minutes to Stridekick. We’ll also show you how to make sure you’ve got data available to sync.

🔁 Syncing from the Fitbit App

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.

  2. Pull down on the screen to refresh.
→ This pushes your latest data to Fitbit’s cloud.

  3. Open the Stridekick app.

  4. Look for the “Last synced:” message to confirm your sync.

⏳ About the Grace Period

All Stridekick challenges have a 72-hour grace period after the end date.
Make sure to sync during that time so your final steps count!

❗Trouble Seeing Your Steps?

If your steps, distance, or active minutes aren’t syncing to Stridekick:

  1. Check if your data is in the Fitbit cloud.
→ Log in at fitbit.com and confirm your steps show there.

  2. If there’s no data at fitbit.com, Stridekick won’t be able to sync it.
