Now that you’ve connected your Withings, learn how to sync steps, distance, and active minutes to Stridekick. We’ll also show you how to make sure you’ve got data available to sync! ⌚
🔁 Syncing from the Health Mate App
Open the Withings Health Mate app on your phone.
This will sync your latest activity data to the Withings cloud.
Now, open the Stridekick app.
Look for the “Last synced:” message at the top of the screen to confirm your sync.
✅ We recommend syncing your Withings app and opening Stridekick once a day during your challenge.
⏳ Don’t Miss the Grace Period
All Stridekick challenges include a 72-hour grace period after the challenge ends.
Be sure to sync your steps before time runs out!
🧐 What If Steps Aren’t Syncing?
If your steps, distance, or active minutes aren’t showing in the Withings cloud, Stridekick can’t sync them.
✅ Here's what to do:
Open your Withings account in a browser.
Check if your activity data appears there.
→ If you see steps, they’re in the cloud and ready to sync to Stridekick.
