Now that you’ve connected your Garmin device, learn how to sync steps, distance, and active minutes to Stridekick. We’ll also show you how to make sure you’ve got data available to sync! ⌚
🔁 Syncing from the Garmin Connect App
Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone.
Tap the circular sync icon in the top right corner.
→ This sends your latest data to Garmin’s cloud.Wait for the white ring at the top of the screen to become a full circle — that means your sync is complete.
Open the Stridekick app.
Look for the “Last synced:” message to confirm your sync.
✅ Sync once a day (or more) during a challenge to stay up to date.
⏳ Don’t Forget the Grace Period
Stridekick challenges include a 72-hour grace period after the challenge ends.
Be sure to sync before time runs out so your final steps count!
❗Not Seeing Your Steps?
If your Garmin steps, distance, or minutes aren’t syncing to Stridekick:
Check your Garmin cloud data.
→ Log in to Garmin Connect and confirm your activity is there.If your data isn't in the Garmin cloud, it won’t show in Stridekick.
