Now that you’ve connected the Health app to Stridekick, learn how to sync your data to Stridekick. We’ll also show you how to make sure you’ve got data available to sync!
🔁 Syncing from the Stridekick App
Open the Stridekick app on your iPhone.
That’s it! Your steps will sync automatically from the Health app.
Look for the “Last synced:” message at the top to confirm your sync.
✅ Tip: Open the app at least once a day during challenges to keep your data up to date.
⏳ About the Grace Period
All Stridekick challenges include a 72-hour grace period after the challenge ends.
Make sure to sync during that time so your final steps count!
📲 Where Does Stridekick Get My Data?
Stridekick pulls your step and distance data from the Apple Health app.
Your iPhone can track steps and distance on its own — no extra device needed.
You can also connect other apps or devices (like Polar, Pebble, or Xiaomi) to Apple Health.
Just make sure the activity data is visible in the Health app, or it won’t sync to Stridekick.
Note: Apple Health doesn’t record active minutes. Learn more here.
❗Not Seeing Your Steps?
If your steps or distance aren’t showing in Apple Health, they can’t sync to Stridekick.
