📲 iPhone Users—No Wearable? No Problem!
If you have an iPhone 5s or newer, you can use your phone’s built-in motion sensors to track your activity. Just connect via Apple Health through the Stridekick mobile app.
✅ How to Connect Your iPhone:
Open the Stridekick app and go to your Dashboard.
Tap the menu bars (☰) in the top left corner.
Select My Device from the menu to connect or change your device.
Choose iPhone via Apple Health from the list of options.
When prompted, tap Allow to give Stridekick access to your activity data.
Tap Turn All Categories On and then Allow again if prompted.
You’ll see a connection confirmation—tap Okay to finish.
