How to Manage Your Subscription

Learn how to manage, change, or cancel your Stridekick Pro subscription from your phone or with help from your Account Manager.

Once you’ve upgraded to Pro, you might want to change or check on your subscription details from time to time. The good news? If you upgraded through the app, it’s all easily managed through your device’s app store—either Apple or Google.

For large groups, contact your dedicated Account Manager.


For Friends and Family Plans (10, 20, 50 Participants)

šŸ”§ Managing Your Subscription on iPhone:

Option 1

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Find and select Stridekick

  5. From here you can:

    • View your current plan

    • Switch to a different plan

    • Cancel or resubscribe

Option 2

  1. Open the Stridekick app

  2. Tap the ☰ menu icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap the ā€œManage Subscription buttonā€

  4. From here you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Switch to a different plan

  • Cancel or resubscribe


šŸ”§ Managing Your Subscription on Android:

Option 1

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

  4. Select Stridekick

  5. From here you can:

    • View your current plan

    • Change plans

    • Cancel your subscription

Option 2

  1. Open the Stridekick app

  2. Tap the ☰ menu icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap the ā€œManage Subscription buttonā€

  4. From here you can navigate to pages where you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Switch to a different plan

  • Cancel or resubscribe


šŸ’” Need to update billing info?

Your billing and payment method is managed by the App Store or Google Play, not Stridekick directly. If you need to change your payment method or fix a billing issue, do that in your phone subscription settings.


For large groups (51+ Participants)

If you have an large group plan, you’ll need to contact your Account Manager to manage or cancel your subscription.
