How to Manage Your Subscription

Learn how to manage, change, or cancel your Stridekick Pro subscription from your phone or with help from your Account Manager.

Once you’ve upgraded to Pro, you might want to change or check on your subscription details from time to time. The good news? If you upgraded through the app, it’s all easily managed through your device’s app store—either Apple or Google.

This includes canceling your subscription if needed, ensuring you have control over your billing and access preferences.

Stridekick Pro subscriptions are monthly and can be canceled at any time without penalties. After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are managed by the platform where the subscription was purchased (e.g., Apple, Google Pay).

If you purchased your subscription outside of app stores (e.g., via a Stripe link or through our sales team), contact Stridekick support or your dedicated Account Manager to request cancellation.


For Friends and Family Plans (10, 20, 50 Participants)

Option 1

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Find and select Stridekick

  5. From here you can:

    • View your current plan

    • Switch to a different plan

    • Cancel or resubscribe

Option 2

  1. Open the Stridekick app

  2. Tap the ☰ menu icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap the ā€œManage Subscription buttonā€

  4. From here you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Switch to a different plan

  • Cancel or resubscribe

Option 1

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

  4. Select Stridekick

  5. From here you can:

    • View your current plan

    • Cancel your subscription

Option 2

  1. Open the Stridekick app

  2. Tap the ☰ menu icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap the ā€œManage Subscription buttonā€

  4. From here you can navigate to pages where you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Switch to a different plan

  • Cancel or resubscribe

Your billing and payment method is managed by the App Store or Google Play, not Stridekick directly. If you need to change your payment method or fix a billing issue, do that in your phone subscription settings.


FAQs

What happens after I cancel my subscription?
You will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

​Can I cancel my subscription immediately to stop future charges?
Yes, you can request immediate cancellation to prevent further charges. However, you will still have access to Pro features until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds are managed by the platform where the subscription was purchased. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, follow the refund process in your Google account or the Stridekick app. For direct purchases, contact Stridekick support.

For Unlimited Plans (51+ Participants)

If you have an unlimited plan, you’ll need to contact your Account Manager to manage or cancel your subscription.
