How to Cancel Your Subscription

Find out how to cancel your Stridekick Pro subscription, plus what to expect after you cancel.

Don’t leave us!! We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your Pro subscription, here’s how to do it easily from your device.


For large groups (51+ Participants)

If you have an large group plan, you’ll need to contact your Account Manager to cancel your subscription.


For Friends and Family Plans (10, 20, 50 Participants)

Option 1

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

  3. Select Subscriptions

  4. Find Stridekick

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Option 2

  1. Open the Stridekick app

  2. Tap the ☰ menu icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap the ā€œManage Subscription buttonā€

  4. From here you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Switch to a different plan

  • Cancel or resubscribe

Option 1

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

  4. Select Stridekick

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Option 2

  1. Open the Stridekick app

  2. Tap the ☰ menu icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap the ā€œManage Subscription buttonā€

  4. From here you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Switch to a different plan

  • Cancel or resubscribe


What happens after I cancel?

  • Your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • After that, you’ll return to the Free Plan (public challenges only, 7-day limit, 10 participants).

  • Any ongoing Pro-only challenges will be deleted

You can resubscribe at any time!
