For large groups (51+ Participants)
If you have an large group plan, youāll need to contact your Account Manager to cancel your subscription.
For Friends and Family Plans (10, 20, 50 Participants)

Option 1
Open Settings
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Select Subscriptions
Find Stridekick
Tap Cancel Subscription
Option 2
Open the Stridekick app
Tap the ā° menu icon in the top left corner
Tap the āManage Subscription buttonā
From here you can:
View your current plan
Switch to a different plan
Cancel or resubscribe

Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon
Go to Payments & Subscriptions ā Subscriptions
Select Stridekick
Tap Cancel Subscription
Option 2
Open the Stridekick app
Tap the ā° menu icon in the top left corner
Tap the āManage Subscription buttonā
From here you can:
View your current plan
Switch to a different plan
Cancel or resubscribe
What happens after I cancel?
Your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
After that, youāll return to the Free Plan (public challenges only, 7-day limit, 10 participants).
Any ongoing Pro-only challenges will be deleted
You can resubscribe at any time!
