Need to adjust your time zone in Stridekick? You can easily update it from the mobile app.


📲 Change Your Time Zone in the Mobile App

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Tap the menu bars (☰) in the top-left corner

  3. Select Settings from the Utility Panel

  4. Scroll down and tap the Time zone field

  5. Select your new time zone from the dropdown list

  6. Your new time zone should now appear in place of the old one

✅ That’s it—your time zone is now updated!


Your time zone impacts how your daily totals are calculated, so make sure it reflects where you’re currently tracking activity.
