How do I Request a Refund for my Subscription?

Need a refund? Here’s how to request one through Apple or Google Play and what to expect next.

Updated today

If you purchased your subscription through the Stridekick mobile app (Apple App Store or Google Play) and need a refund, you’ll need to request it directly through Apple or Google.

Because in-app subscriptions are processed by the app stores, Stridekick isn’t able to issue refunds or access billing details.

āš ļø Important: This article only applies to subscriptions purchased in the app.
If you purchased your plan another way (for example, via Stripe or through an organization), please contact us directly and we’ll help you out.
