Reporting Suspicious Accounts
Sometimes, bogus or suspicious accounts might appear in the community. Stridekick allows you to report such accounts for review.
If you encounter a suspicious profile (e.g., spam or solicitation), document any available details such as the username or screenshots.
Report the profile using the in-app reporting mechanism.
Once reported, accounts will be reviewed against Stridekickās Community Guidelines. If a violation is confirmed, the account may be warned or removed.
Note: Users showing zero steps in a challenge might not necessarily be bogus; they could be legitimate users who have not synced their devices yet. Encourage them to sync their activity tracker.
