How to Change Your Email Address in Stridekick

Need to update your email address? As long as you can still sign into your Stridekick account, you can update your email in just a few taps.

📲 How to Access Your Email Settings

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Tap the menu bars (☰) in the top-left corner

  3. Select Settings from the Utility Panel

  4. Tap the Email field

  5. Delete the current email and type in your new email address

  6. Tap Update to save

Once saved, you’ll use this updated email to log into your Stridekick account.


⚠️ Can I Change My Email Through Support?

For privacy and security reasons, our team can’t change the email address on your account for you.
If you still have access to your account, you can update your email by signing in and going to Profile > Settings.

If you no longer have access to the email or can’t log in to your account:

  • We won’t be able to verify account ownership

  • You’ll need to create a new account using your current email address

We know this can be frustrating, but this policy helps keep your information safe and private.
