How to View Participants

View participant details, devices, and sync status.

💡 When should I use this?

Use this when:

  • Someone says “my steps aren’t showing”

  • You want to verify they are syncing

  • You’re reviewing engagement or progress

  • You're trying to connect a username to someone's full name


🛠️ How to view activity logs

  1. Go to challenge page

  2. Scroll to the participant table

  3. Filter by last sync date or device brand


⚠️ No activity?

If you see nothing in the last synced column (-)

This is your #1 troubleshooting tool before escalating to support.

Encourage the user to connect a device and troubleshoot syncing first.
