Now that you’ve connected your Apple Watch, learn how to sync steps, distance, and active minutes to Stridekick. We’ll also show you how to make sure you’ve got data available to sync! 🍎
Syncing from the Stridekick App
Open the Stridekick app on your iPhone.
That’s it! Your steps will sync automatically.
Look for the “Last synced:” message to confirm everything updated.
✅ We recommend opening the app at least once a day during your challenge to keep your stats fresh.
⏳ Don’t Miss the Grace Period
All challenges include a 72-hour grace period after the end date.
Make sure to sync during this window so your final steps count!
📲 Where Does Stridekick Get My Apple Watch Data?
Stridekick pulls your steps, distance, and active minutes from the Apple Health app — not directly from your Apple Watch.
Apple Health combines data from both your watch and phone, so if you’re not seeing your activity there, it won’t show in Stridekick either.
