Stridekick chat is designed to be a fun and supportive space, but if you ever come across something offensive or unsportsmanlike, you can take action. Here’s how to report inappropriate messages or users in the Stridekick mobile app.

🗯️ Reporting a Chat Message

If a message or photo in chat feels inappropriate or negative:

  1. Press and hold on the message or image

  2. Tap Report message as inappropriate

  3. Read the info that appears, then tap Yes, report to confirm

🚫 Once you report a message, it’s permanently removed from chat. Other participants will no longer be able to see it.

🙋‍♀️ Reporting a User

You can report a user in two ways—from chat or from their profile.

📲 From Chat

  1. Tap the user’s profile photo or username

  2. Tap Report user from the menu

  3. Add context when prompted and tap Report user

  4. Confirm to finish—you’ll see a success message once it’s submitted

📱 From Their Profile

  1. Open the user’s profile

  2. Tap the ellipsis (⋯) in the top right corner

  3. Select Report user

  4. Add context when prompted and tap Report user

  5. Confirm to submit your report

🔍 What Happens After You Report?

Every reported message and user is reviewed by our Support Team. If any follow-up action is needed, we’ll handle it in line with our Community Guidelines.

Your reports help keep Stridekick positive, respectful, and inclusive—thank you!
