Whether you’re new to Stridekick or just need a quick refresher course, here’s a quick overview of the basics you need to get started! 

The Stridekick Dashboard

The Stridekick Dashboard is made up of two main sections: Your Activity and Challenges. Your Activity is listed at the top of your dashboard and Challenges can be found immediately below. 

Your Activity

In Your Activity, you can find today’s current step count, as well as your step history for the past 7 days by swiping to the right. If you swipe to the very end, you’ll see a button that says “View activity insights.” This will take you to your profile, where you can view your historical activity data and trends. Learn more about activity insights here. View the last time your device was synced at the top left corner of your dashboard.


In the Challenges section, you can view all of your Active, Upcoming, and Completed challenges. Select the ellipsis [“…”] menu to the right of your challenge’s name to view challenge details or leave the challenge.

Join any available community challenges by clicking the green “Join” button, or create a challenge by scrolling to the bottom of your dashboard and selecting the green "Create challenge" button.

Challenge Card Details

Tap on any module to open it up and view detailed challenge stats. For example, when you click into a Streak challenge card, you can see a view of your personal stats or select “Group Stats” from the top bar to see how your progress stacks up with other challenge members! To return to your dashboard after clicking on a challenge card, click the back arrow at the top left of your screen.
