🔗 The Basics
Stridekick doesn’t connect directly to Xiaomi devices—but it can sync steps from the Zepp Life app (formerly MiFit) using:
✅ Health Connect for Android users
✅ Apple Health for iPhone users
Once connected, your steps from Zepp Life can sync to Stridekick.
🤖 For Android Users
To connect your Xiaomi device (like a Mi Band) using Health Connect, follow these steps:
📲 1. Install the required apps:
Mi Fitness (also called Xiaomi Wear) — from the Play Store
Health Connect — from the Play Store
🔗 2. Pair your device:
Open the Mi Fitness app
Sign in or create a Xiaomi account
Follow the instructions to pair your band
⚙️ 3. Link Mi Fitness to Health Connect:
In the Mi Fitness app, go to Settings
Tap Health Connect
Enable the data types you want to share (like steps or heart rate)
🔒 4. Set permissions in Health Connect:
Open the Health Connect app
Tap App permissions → Select Mi Fitness
Make sure all relevant permissions are turned ON
✅ That’s it! Your Xiaomi steps should now sync to Health Connect.
If you haven’t already, sync Health Connect to Stridekick and start stepping!
🍎 For iPhone Users

🔗 2. Select Zepp Life
